We’re excited to announce the release of our Help Menu, offering direct access from the Dropsource Platform to our help resources. Our goal was to create an easily navigable menu to surface all help resources to assist you while working on your projects.
Based on user feedback, we’ve added an in-platform repository of links to additional help resources. Our new help menu replaces the Intercom button on the bottom right of your project screen.
Including direct links to our Help Center, Tutorials, and Community Forum, the Help Menu allows you to quickly access resources to aid your mobile app development process. If you’ve enjoyed our video tutorials, you’ll find those originally included via a drawer on the bottom left of your screen, and more, plus the ability to relaunch the onboarding lesson (via “Relaunch Onboarding Lesson”) linked in Help Menu.
For our Premium and Enterprise community members, live chat can be accessed via the “Contact Support” option in the Help Menu; and Enterprise members have access to email their dedicated Customer Success Manager via “Email Customer Success.”
